It's The Great Postcard Campaign, Charlie Brown!!!
The idea behind The Great Postcard Campaign is simple: Get something in your mailbox besides junk mail and bills. All too often that's all many of us see. Letter writing has been replaced by emails and Facebook. Which is all fine and dandy, however, getting something in your mailbox - like a postcard - brings a smile to your face. That's what I'm aiming for.
The rules are simple:
If you wish to participate, simply shoot me an email at theramblingsofcharliebrown @ hotmail (dot) com and provide me with your real name, mailing address, blog (if you have one), and your blogosphere name. I will only use your address for the purpose of having a postcard sent to you. I will give it to those whose turn it is to send postcards. All participants will be listed below with links, as long as a blog is provided.

Everyone who participates will take turns sending and receiving postcards. At the moment we will do month by month unless it is requested we go faster. Your turn is decided by when you joined up.
When sending postcards, you are only asked to send one to each person on the list. If you wish to send more than one, that is your choice.

Unless you request otherwise, this is open globally. Everyone is entitled to a postcard and a smile. Just keep in mind, anything going overseas typically takes longer so don't wait until the end of the month to send them a postcard. If you are unable to or do not wish to send postcards outside the USA, please let me know so arrangements can be made.
This is on the honor system. Please let me know if anyone abuses this campaign of mailbox happiness, as I will cut them off and report them. This is not to be used as a form of harassment or slander. Remember, bad word of mouth always travels faster than good.

If you're sending postcards to people/bloggers you don't know (which has already arisen), you might want to indicate your blog so they can check your blog out, and mention you and your blog when they've received their postcard.
Once you receive a postcard, please share it on your blog. It would be great if you could link back to the blogger(s) who sent you the postcard(s). If you are participating but do not have a blog of your own, you are welcome to do a "guest post" on my blog to thank the sender(s). Just shoot me an email (listed above) with what you'd like to say. And keep in mind that many bloggers like to remain ANONYMOUS, so please use their blog name. If you're unsure, you can either email that specific blogger or just shoot me an email. If you wish to thank them by email personally, that is fine, but I ask that you let me know that's how you wish to do so, so I know that you are thanking the sender for taking the time to send out the postcards.
Please use my button and link back to me when referring to The Postcard Campaign. I apologize for there being no code with my button - that is because I am a technotard and do not know how to create a "real" button. (If you are a technogenius and would like to assist me with my technotardedness, that would be awesome)
Please have fun with this, because that is the intention!
