ReplyDeleteHa ha, don't come to the UK, leggings with not much else is a big trend at the minute. The basic rule to not look trampy is to make sure your behind is covered, not that everyone appreciates this.
ReplyDeleteEven better is when you see people wearing tights, that aren't even thick enough to pretend to be leggings, with tops that don't cover their behind, so you're treated to a full view of their underwear. This tends to be students......
